Billing and subscriptions
When you’re done, you’ll be on the plan you want and know where to go when anything about it needs changing.
Where to find each one
The Plans page has a tab for each side — DJs, venues and promoters. Venue and promoter plans are the same subscription, so a plan bought on one covers the other. Whichever tab you are looking at, your other plans keep running exactly as they are.
Subscribe
- Open Plans and pick the tab you want.
- Choose monthly or yearly. Yearly is a real saving, which is why it is the default.
- Choose a plan and continue to checkout.
- Enter your card on Stripe’s page. It takes effect immediately.
Changing a card, or finding an invoice
Everything after the first payment happens in Stripe’s billing portal. There is a Manage subscription link on your account page that opens it.
- Update or replace a card.
- Download invoices and receipts.
- Change the billing email.
- Cancel.
You enter card details on Stripe’s own pages throughout. We never see or store a card number.
Moving between plans
If it didn’t work
You paid but nothing changed. Reload the page. Confirmation can take a few seconds to come back from Stripe, and it also refreshes when you return to the tab.
Your account page shows a plan you did not expect. It shows what you pay for on each side separately. The display editor shows what you can use, which may be higher.
A card was declined. Update it in the billing portal. Nothing goes away while Stripe retries the payment.
