How plans work

One account carries two separate plans, and either can be free. A DJ plan covers you as a performer. A venue plan covers your room. We bill them separately, and they can move in opposite directions.

Why there are two

The two jobs are genuinely different. As a DJ you want your name on a screen, a link page behind a QR code, and a profile a promoter can read. Running a room, you want your venue on the map, a list of DJs you work with, and nights people can sign up to play.

Plenty of people do both — you might run a monthly night at a bar and also play out four times a month. Splitting the plans means you pay for the parts you actually use. One bundled price would assume you only ever do one of them.

The DJ side

  • Free — your name and a QR code on screen, a link page, basic visuals.
  • Creator — your logo, every visual pattern, video backgrounds, social icons and tip buttons, and photos and mixes on your profile.
  • Performer — video blends, live tip alerts, rotating call-to-actions, and the Instagram connection that powers follower alerts and gig measurement.

The venue and promoter side

  • Venue Free — a public venue page and a roster of DJs, at no cost.
  • Venue Lite — open decks nights with QR signup, a house screen, and an unlimited roster.
  • Venue Pro — numbered screens around the building, each with its own QR code, branding and resident DJ.

Promoter plans are the same subscription pointed at a brand rather than a room — for crews, collectives and events brands that run nights without owning one. Today a promoter plan gets you a public promoter page, and a place in the promoter directory once the page has something on it. Rosters and open decks nights hosted under your own brand are on the way. The plan you hold covers them as they land.

The part that surprises people

A paid venue or promoter plan includes DJ features for your own screens, at the top DJ level. Subscribe on that side and your logo and your visuals reach the screen without a second payment on the DJ side.

Your Account page can therefore show one plan for you and a different one for your venue. The display editor still behaves as though you were on the higher of the two. Both readings are correct: the account page shows what you pay for, the editor shows what you can use.

Moving between plans

Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything. The features you lose go quiet, your settings stay exactly where they are, and they come back the moment you upgrade again. Changing plans.

What this is not

These are not seats or licences, and there is no per-screen charge on the DJ side. One account is one person, one room, or one crew. If you need several people managing the same venue, that is what a roster is for, not a second subscription.
